Design Philosophy
IQ Interior Design aims to bring functionality, elegance, and comfort to both residential and commercial spaces. The principal designer, Inna Quoshek, believes that the best interiors are those that evolve over time and reflect the individuality of the occupants. With over two decades of experience, the team at IQ Interior Design draws inspiration from architectural styles, technology, and global cultures. By blending these influences together, they create unique and innovative designs that are tailored to each client's specific needs. Inna Quoshek holds a degree in Interior Design from Cañada College and a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a world traveler who is fluent in three languages and an accomplished oil painter with a passion for architecture.
Services
• Kitchen and Bath Design including tile design and layout, green design.
• Provide construction AutoCAD plans for remodels, additions and new construction. Existing/Demo, Proposed, Electrical, Site Plans, Exterior and Interior Elevations needed for obtaining building permits.
• Provide full construction packages outlining material specifications.
• Selection of cabinetry, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, architectural details, hardware, lighting fixtures and their finishes.
• Space planning, paint color consultation, selection of furnishings, art, accessories and window treatments. Providing 3D models as an effective way to help clients visualize the space.
• $120/hour for Principal Designer services. $40/hour for travel fees.
